Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Goal Father (the “Service”), operated by Testorithm (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

The Service

Goal Father helps you turn goals into plans, daily actions and reviews, using AI. It is a planning and tracking tool, not a guarantee of any result.

Your account

You must be at least 13. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you suspect misuse.

AI-generated content

Plans, reality checks, advice and reviews are generated by AI and may be incomplete or wrong. They are suggestions, not professional advice — including medical, fitness, financial, legal or career advice. Use your own judgement, and consult a qualified professional before making important decisions or starting a demanding physical programme. We make no promise that following a plan will achieve any outcome.

Your content

You own what you put into Goal Father. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display it as needed to run the Service for you (including sending it to our AI provider and showing what you choose to post in Community or share by link). Don’t upload anything unlawful or that you don’t have the right to share.

Subscriptions

Goal Father Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Prices may change with notice as allowed by the store.

Community content

Community is a feed of finished moves that members choose to post. Posts are Private unless you make them Public. When you post publicly, other members can see your full name, your goal, the milestone you are on, and the proof you add (a number, photo or note), and they can send Respect or clone your plan’s milestones. Only post content you have the right to share. Don’t post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, misleading or that infringes someone’s rights, and don’t post photos of other people without their consent. You can undo a move to take its post down at any time. Members can report posts and block each other. We review reports, may remove content, and may suspend accounts that break these rules; we aim to act on reports within 24 hours. To report something directly, email support@goalfather.com.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it, reverse engineer it, abuse the AI features, or use it to harass others or break the law. Features such as Community and shared links must be used respectfully.

Ending your account

You can delete your account any time in Settings. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or put the Service or other users at risk.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or opportunities, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose (or USD 50 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction — to be completed by Testorithm], and disputes will be handled in its courts, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
